89th Rising was developed by, and is owned by, Tim Tramble who proudly lives on 89th Street. The development was inspired by the decision he and his wife made, after they became empty nesters, to continue to live on East 89th Street. They decided they would build a new home on the Street to replace the home they built nearly three decades earlier.
It didn’t stop there, Tim explained, “When I envisioned our new home, I saw a totally transformed street adorned with beautiful new victorian homes.” With an accomplished professional background in community development, Tim was compelled to lead a bold transformation. He established We Rise Development LLC in 2022 and by the spring of 2024, 89th Rising was under construction.
“The goal was to set the bar high for anything that comes after it, and with 89th Rising we accomplished that. Now, my focus is to make it a wonderful living experience for the residents who call it their home.” This block along East 89th Street is a special place.
